Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
Assign leads and monitor lead conversion activities.
Achieve team sales targets and revenue goals.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.
Track sales pipeline, bookings, and closures.
Develop strategies for lead generation through referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure timely follow-up with prospective buyers.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Handle escalated customer concerns and support deal closures.
Maintain strong relationships with developers, and clients.
Arrange the clients data

Required Skills

Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong network within the real estate industry, including developers, brokers, channel partners, and investors.




Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.

CRM and sales reporting proficiency.
Ability to work under target-driven environments.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
3–7 years of real estate sales experience.
Strong experience in Sales Leadership and Team Handling.
Robust understanding of P&L;, revenue, margins, and profitability.
Established developer contacts across Mumbai Central to Mira-Bhayandar.
Solid network of data vendors / lead sources.
Minimum 3 years of team handling experience preferred.

Team sales revenue.
Number of property bookings/closures.
Lead-to-sale conversion ratio.
Site visit and customer engagement metrics.
Team productivity and retention.
Customer satisfaction and referral generation.

Pay: ₹48,436.78 - ₹60,
