Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire current property sourcing opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and property owners.
Conduct market research and analyze property trends.
Evaluate property deals and negotiate commercial terms.
Coordinate with sales, legal, and project teams for smooth transaction processing.
Maintain a database of available properties and sourcing leads.
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA preferred.
Experience in real estate sourcing, acquisitions, or business development.
Solid negotiation and networking skills.
Valuable understanding of the local market.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Experience:
Real estate appraisal: 1 year (Required)
