We are looking for a seasoned Manager - Agency Business Partner to lead our Agency Business Partner function, focusing on MIS and Dashboarding. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing agency partnerships, with expertise in leveraging technology to drive business growth. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and driving the adoption of current tools and technologies. The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
What does the job entail?
>· Drive automation of manual reports.
Define business requirements for dashboards.
Align dashboards with leadership requirements.
Data Governance & Repository Management
Build and maintain a centralized data repository.
Establish a Single Version of Truth through standardized definitions.
Ensure data integrity and governance.
Business Analytics & Decision Support
Generate insights on business performance and productivity.
Support leadership with analytical reports.
Identify process improvements through analytics.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Channel Leadership, Sales, BI, IT and Operations.
Serve as the central point of contact for MIS and dashboarding.
