We are a U.S.-based CPA and tax consulting firm looking for a highly skilled Client Service Executive to communicate with our U.S.-based clients.

This is primarily a voice and client-coordination position. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and must have excellent spoken English, confidence on the phone, patience, and a skilled communication style.

Prior accounting or tax knowledge is not required. Training will be provided.

Role & responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from U.S. clients
Make outbound follow-up calls to existing and prospective clients
Schedule and confirm client appointments
Take accurate and detailed messages
Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and information
Explain basic administrative processes to clients
Route tax/accounting questions to the appropriate professional
Update client information and call notes in our systems
Coordinate with our U.S. and India teams
Follow established call scripts and client-service procedures
Maintain strict confidentiality of client information




Handle difficult or frustrated clients professionally
