Logistics dispatchers are responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials through a company’s supply chain. Dispatchers will be responsible to work with truck drivers, shipping companies.

Logistics dispatchers may also be responsible for tracking inventory levels and managing inventory databases which allows them to keep an update of available and unavailable items.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all goods being shipped to ensure that freight can be booked efficiently.
Coordinating with shipping companies to arrange pickup and delivery of cargo
Communicating with other departments within the company to ensure that shipments are delivered on time
Communicating with customers or brokers to arrange for pickup of shipments or delivery of goods
Monitoring the status of shipments and updating customer accounts with information about delivery status




Coordinating with vendors to arrange for shipping services such as trucking, rail transport, or ocean freight
Email Handling.
Booking Loads.
Timely updates to all the clients.
Proper tracking of shipments via Various portals.
Follow up calls to Various Carriers/Drivers
Placing appropriate bids on Shipments as per current market standards.
Ensuring capacity for daily dedicated shipment.

Skills Required :
Excellent communication skills.
Graduate/ Undergraduates with minimum 6 months to 1 Year of Experience
Proficient in negotiating skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Salary & Perks :
Decent hike will be offered basis on current CTC & experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
