Visa Counselor / Admission Counselor (Study Abroad & India Admissions)

Location: Ahmedabad (In office)

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding higher education opportunities in India and abroad.
Guide students in selecting the right universities and programs based on their academic profile, interests, and career goals.
Assist students throughout the admission process, including university shortlisting, application strategy, documentation, and submission.
Provide guidance on visa documentation and application procedures for various study destinations.
Stay updated on university admission requirements, scholarships, and visa policies.
Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.
Build and maintain solid relationships with students and parents through regular follow-ups.
Achieve student satisfaction by delivering high-quality counseling services.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in overseas education counseling or admissions is preferred.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for counseling are encouraged to apply.
Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.




Solid interpersonal, presentation, and counseling skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple student applications.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Sales or Student Relationship Management (preferred but not mandatory)

Language Requirement
English: Professional fluency (Required)
Knowledge of Hindi and Gujarati is an added advantage.

Experience
