1–2 years of experience in Solar O&M; (Operations & Maintenance).
Supervision of module cleaning and grass cutting activities.
Hands-on experience in string rectification, inverter maintenance, and LT panel maintenance.
Hands on Experience in Ground Mount Plant incl, HT knowledge
