Job Purpose:
Ensures the smooth running of a residential, commercial and industrial facilities' mechanical, electrical and plumbing system.
Maintaining and repairing equipment on facility systems, such as Air Handling Units, chilled water systems, rooftop packaged units, condenser pumps, cooling towers, split AC systems, and filters.

Primary duties and responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the facilities (Commercial, residential and industrial).
Experience in servicing and troubleshooting split AC systems (wall-mounted, cassette, ducted, etc.).
Chilled Water Checks: Monitor compressor pressures, water temperatures, and refrigerant levels.




Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations in the operation and maintenance of MEP systems.
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and ensure timely resolution of issues to minimize disruption to operations.
Provide technical support and guidance to other staff members as needed.
Perform other duties as and when assigned

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
