Planning of manufacturing activities and manpower loading as per norms.
To follow laid down processes and practises for enhancing and maintaining quality of product.
To achieve and improve productivity as per laid down norms.
Planning of material.
Recording of non-conformities and analysis/ CAPA for the same.
Maintain and upgrade housekeeping level.
Proper utilization of plat assets
Manpower utilization as per CGPS and maximizing OEE. CGPS output: 133%
Rework analysis and problem solving.
Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of Electrical Machines (Transformers) & Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Welding/ Metal Fabrication, Proficient in MS Office, Manpower Handling
