Restaurant Steward – Main Duties
Guest Service
Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus and explain food/beverage options when required.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages professionally and promptly.
Check guest satisfaction during the meal.
Table Setup & Clearing
Set tables with proper cutlery, crockery, glassware, napkins, and condiments.
Explicit used plates, glasses, and cutlery promptly.
Reset tables quickly for the next guests.
Maintain proper table presentation at all times.
Restaurant Cleanliness
Keep tables, chairs, service stations, and restaurant areas clean.
Ensure cutlery, crockery, and glassware are clean and polished.
Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the supervisor.
Food & Beverage Coordination
Coordinate orders with the kitchen and bar.




Ensure correct dishes and beverages are delivered to the correct table.
Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures.
Avoid unnecessary delays in service.
Guest Care
Handle guest requests politely and professionally.
Respond to complaints calmly and immediately inform the supervisor when necessary.
Maintain skilled grooming, body language, and communication.
Billing & Closing
Present bills accurately when assigned.
Assist guests with payment procedures.
Check tables and service areas before closing.
Complete assigned closing and cleaning duties.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
