Lakme Unisex Salon, Kabir Nagar, Durgakund, Varanasi is hiring an experienced Unisex Hair Dresser / Hair Stylist who is skilled in both men's and women's hair services and can also provide male beauty and grooming services.
We are looking for a professional who has solid technical skills, understands customer requirements, and can deliver an excellent salon experience.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
Men's and women's haircuts
Hair styling, blow-dry and finishing
Hair colouring and highlights
Hair spa and hair treatments
Straightening, smoothening and other chemical treatments
Beard trimming, styling and grooming
Men's facial and clean-up services
Head massage and other male grooming/beauty services
Recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments and grooming services to clients
Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of tools and workstation
Provide excellent customer service
Candidate Requirements
Prior salon experience as a Unisex Hair Dresser / Hair Stylist
Must be comfortable providing services to both male and female clients
Should be able to provide male beauty and grooming services
Good knowledge of modern haircuts, styling, colouring and treatments
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Professional, well-groomed and team-oriented
Experience with established salon brands is preferred
Salary
20,000 - 30,000 per month
Salary will be decided based on experience, technical skills and overall expertise.
