We are hiring experienced professionals for a US Healthcare Blended Process Executive role in Pune. The position involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions and coordinating with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare processes.
Communicate professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives.
Address customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
Maintain accurate customer and process-related records.
Meet defined quality, productivity, and process performance targets.
Follow applicable HIPAA requirements and company policies.
Maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions.
Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of relevant US Healthcare Voice Process experience.
Positive verbal and written English communication skills.
Previous experience in a US healthcare voice/blended process is required.
Candidates should have verifiable employment history.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Candidates whose experience is limited to Lead Generation are not eligible for this position.
