Reporting to Principal:

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide overall academic, administrative, and operational leadership to the Pre-Primary School.
Develop and implement a high-quality, child-centric early-years education programme.
Ensure effective implementation of CBSE/Cambridge curriculum frameworks and school policies, as applicable.
Lead, mentor, and develop teachers and support staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
Monitor lesson planning, classroom practices, assessments, student progress, and learning outcomes.
Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback and coaching to teachers.
Ensure a protected, secure, inclusive,



and stimulating environment for young children.
Develop and implement age-appropriate activities promoting cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.
Build strong relationships with parents and effectively address their queries and concerns.
Monitor admissions, student retention, parent engagement, and overall school experience.
Plan and oversee school events, celebrations, activities, and parent engagement programmes.
Ensure compliance with school policies, applicable regulatory requirements, child-safety protocols, and statutory guidelines.
Identify career development needs and organize training programmes for teachers.
Monitor school infrastructure, hygiene, safety, and resource requirements.
Work closely with the senior leadership team for strategic planning and school development.
