Location: Bengaluru – Work from Office

Position: Management Trainee – US IT Recruitment

Experience: 0–1 Year / Freshers

Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 PM – 4:30 AM

Joining: Immediate Joiners | Within 1 Week

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media & referrals
Screen and communicate with candidates
Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Learn US recruitment processes and hiring practices
Develop qualified communication and stakeholder management skills

WHO CAN APPLY?

Bachelor's degree in any discipline





Freshers with robust communication skills

Passionate about Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Comfortable working night shifts

Willing to work from office

Comfortable with a target-driven environment

Basic knowledge of LinkedIn/job portals is an added advantage
