ANA Business Ventures is expanding its technology-led business solutions portfolio, including its latest AI-powered product. We are looking for customer-focused sales specialists who can engage inbound prospects, understand requirements and convert qualified opportunities into customers.

Inbound Sales Associate
Lucknow and Gurgaon (Gurugram)
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound enquiries from website, campaigns, referrals and other channels.
Qualify leads by understanding requirements, decision-makers, budget, timeline and use case.
Present company solutions and the latest AI product through calls, online meetings and demonstrations.
Maintain disciplined follow-up from enquiry through proposal, negotiation and closure.
Coordinate with product/pre-sales teams for demonstrations, proposals and solution clarification.
Maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, forecasts and activity reports.




Identify upselling, cross-selling and repeat-business opportunities.

Candidate Profile
1 to 5 years in inside sales, telesales, B2B sales, SaaS, software or technology solutions; strong freshers may also be considered.
Excellent English and Hindi communication; additional regional-language skills are an advantage.
Strong listening, presentation, objection-handling and closing skills.
Comfort with CRM, spreadsheets, email and online meeting tools.
Target-oriented, persistent and customer-focused.

Preferred Experience
SaaS/software/AI/digital services, education technology, enterprise solutions or B2B solution selling.
Demonstrated ability to convert inbound leads through a structured sales funnel.
