We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to support US healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient encounters in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. The Medical Scribe will listen to provider-patient interactions, prepare clinical documentation, and ensure medical records are complete and accurate.
Key Responsibilities
Document patient consultations and clinical encounters accurately in the EHR.
Prepare medical notes based on physician-patient conversations.
Record patient history, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up instructions.
Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and completeness of medical records.
Assist physicians with clinical documentation and administrative tasks.
Review documentation for grammar, medical terminology, and completeness.
Follow HIPAA and healthcare data privacy requirements.
Ensure timely completion of assigned documentation.
Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams when clarification is required.
Requirements
Any Bachelor's degree; preferably Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Healthcare-related backgrounds.
Knowledge of basic medical terminology and anatomy.
Positive English communication and listening skills.
Solid typing and documentation skills.
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to understand and document medical conversations.
Willingness to work in US night shifts.
Freshers with good medical terminology knowledge can apply.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems.
Familiarity with US healthcare processes.
Medical coding knowledge is an added advantage.
Previous experience as a Medical Scribe, Medical Transcriptionist, Medical Coder, or Healthcare Associate is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,446.39 - ₹54,432.44 per month
