Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad prospects
Guide students on course selection, country options, and university shortlisting
Cold calling, lead management, marketing and negotiations
Manage the end-to-end admission process (applications, documentation, follow-ups)
Drive conversions through structured counselling and relationship building, Tele calling, Strong follow ups via wats app, calls and emails.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
Achieve monthly enrolment targets
Who Were Looking For
Graduate / Postgraduate with 2 - 6 years of experience in study abroad counselling or education sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Target-oriented with a student-first mindset
Energetic, ethical, and committed to delivering results
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
