Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
Define and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify current markets, customer segments, industries, and revenue opportunities.
Generate and acquire current B2B customers, e-commerce sellers, D2C brands, retailers, manufacturers, distributors, and corporate accounts.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline from lead generation through successful closure.
Develop relationships with business owners, founders, CXOs, procurement teams, and other decision-makers.
Develop strategies to onboard Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, Instagram, and other online sellers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, commercial discussions, and business proposals.
Build strategic partnerships with e-commerce companies, agencies, seller communities, manufacturers, retailers, and business networks.
Develop channel partners, referral networks, and strategic business alliances.
Build, manage, train,



and motivate the sales and business development team.
Develop sales processes, SOPs, reporting systems, sales scripts, and pipeline management practices.
Conduct regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance reviews.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and new business opportunities.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new cities, industries, products, and services.
Work closely with operations and customer support teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and retention.
