Role Description This full-time, in office Real Estate Sales Manager role is based in Koramangala and focuses on driving sales in the North Bengaluru region. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of residential and commercial real estate listings, coordinating with builders, brokers, and buyers, and overseeing end-to-end sales cycles. The Sales Manager will conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings, negotiate pricing and terms,



and ensure smooth documentation and closure of transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking leads, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, analyzing market trends, and meeting revenue and sales targets. The role also requires mentoring and guiding sales team members, ensuring high standards of customer service, and representing India Realty’s values of trust and transparency in all interactions.
Qualifications

Possession of a valid Real Estate License and robust understanding of local real estate regulations.
Proven experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including listing, marketing, and closing deals.
Demonstrated Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector.
Excellent Customer Service abilities, including relationship management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
