Roles and Responsibility
Operate and maintain medical equipment and instruments in the blood bank.
Collect, process, and store blood samples from donors.
Conduct tests on blood samples to ensure safety and quality.
Maintain accurate records of blood donations and transfusions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a blood bank or related field.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced workplace.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
