Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, HR documentation, payroll coordination, employee records, compliance, HR MIS and exit formalities while supporting employee engagement.
Required Candidate profile
HR qualified with 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing or textile. Solid in recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, HR documentation and employee handling.
