Job Description – RMA Executive

\Position:\ RMA Executive

\Qualification:\ Minimum 12th Pass

Key Responsibilities

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

* Handle RMA requests and process returned devices efficiently.

* Diagnose and categorize returned products.

* Coordinate with repair and service teams for timely resolution.

* Maintain RMA documentation and inventory records.

* Ensure proper tracking of repaired and replacement devices.

Required Skills

* Tech-savvy with sound computer knowledge.

* Valuable understanding of MS Office and basic computer applications.

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Valuable communication and coordination skills.





* Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Additional Requirement (RMA Role)

Candidates \must have experience in the Mobile Repair Industry\ or a \mobile handset repair/service center background\*.

* Knowledge of mobile device troubleshooting and repair processes will be preferred.

Eligibility

Minimum \12th Pass\*.

* Experience in , RMA, Electronics, Mobile Repair, or Service Center operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,029.55 - ₹25,000.00 per month
