Role & responsibilities
Manage database systems: Keep internal licensing records and tracking software up to date.
Liaise with regulators: Coordinate directly with government authorities, legal partners, and inspectorates.
Investigate violations: Lead inquiries into complaints, regulatory shortfalls, or unauthorized activities.
Administer collections: Manage the assessment and processing of applicable licensing fees.
Provide internal advisory: Guide internal departments on changing policy demands and procedural steps.
Preferred candidate profile
Education: Associate's or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Policy, or a related sector.
Experience: 2–4 years of direct experience navigating municipal or industry-specific regulatory pipelines.
Legal acumen: Solid baseline familiarity with local laws or specific market acts (e.g., healthcare or corporate licensing).
Communication: Articulate communication skills to simplify complex legal structures for diverse stakeholders.
Analysis: Sharp analytical capability to identify missing parameters or errors in dense legal forms.
