Manage daily branch operations.

Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff.
Maintain customer relationships and resolve complaints.
Monitor expenses, performance, and branch profitability.
Ensure company policies and compliance are followed.
Prepare regular branch performance reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
1+ years of experience in sales/operations or branch management.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: From ₹14,544.92 per month
