Role & responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Troubleshoot and resolve Employee Central incidents, service requests, and system issues.
Manage configuration changes related to Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows.
Support employee lifecycle processes including Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promotion, and Termination.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Advantages, and IT teams for issue resolution.
Configure and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
Monitor system integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP applications.
Support release management activities and quarterly SuccessFactors upgrades.
Execute data loads using Import tools and monitor scheduled jobs.
Prepare functional specifications, support documentation, and knowledge articles.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and support governance processes.
