Fulfiqo is looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries.
Understand customer concerns and provide quick solutions.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, services, and complaints.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Friendly and qualified attitude.
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
