Role & responsibilities
Analyze business needs, define functional requirements, and support project delivery across credit risk initiatives and related technology changes.
Partner with business, technology, and delivery teams to improve processes, support solution design, and help ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget expectations.
Develop and document functional requirements, business requirements, process flows, and supporting specifications for systems, processes, or service enhancements.
Lead mid-size projects or component phases of larger programs, supporting delivery within timeline, scope, and budget expectations.

Preferred candidate profile
3+ years of experience in business analysis, functional requirements gathering, process mapping, or project delivery within financial services, payments, fintech, or risk operations settings.
Experience in documenting business requirements, user requirements, functional specifications, and process flows for system or process changes.
