Role & Responsibilities
Financial Management & Accounting: Maintain and oversee daily accounting operations, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Taxation & Compliance: Handle GST filing, TDS compliance, Income Tax requirements, and coordinate with external auditors or consultants to ensure 100% regulatory compliance.
Budgeting & Payroll: Oversee payroll processing, manage company cash flows, track operational expenditures, and assist leadership with financial budgeting and forecasting.
Process Optimization: Implement robust financial controls, audit processes, and leverage contemporary accounting software to streamline company finances.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Proven work experience as an Accounts Manager, Senior Accountant, or Finance Manager (preferably in startups or growing companies).




In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, Indian tax laws (GST, TDS), and statutory compliance requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
Robust analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail.
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance); CA/ICWA inter is a plus.
