We are looking for a qualified and experienced Architect with robust expertise in Healthcare and Hospital Project Design to join our team.

Key Requirements
Valid registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) as per the Architects Act, 1972.
Minimum B.Arch or M.Arch degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Healthcare / Hospital Project Design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant architectural design software.
Solid knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent creativity, visualization, design, and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Ability to effectively coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts and designs for hospitals and healthcare facilities.
Prepare architectural drawings, design presentations, and project concepts.
Prepare working drawings, detailed layouts, 3D models, and comprehensive design documentation.




Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, healthcare standards, and statutory requirements.
Conduct regular site visits and resolve design-related issues during the project execution phase.
Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP, and other project requirements.
Support the project team throughout the design and execution stages.
