About the Role

Saanvi Nexus Global Talent Solution is looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager / Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across India and international markets.

You will be responsible for independently identifying prospects, generating leads, connecting with decision-makers, developing client relationships, generating recruitment requirements, presenting solutions, negotiating commercials, and closing recent business.

This is a high-ownership, target-driven role. You will be expected to build your own pipeline and manage the complete sales cycle without depending on company-provided leads.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients across India and international markets.




Independently generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
Identify and connect with HR Heads, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Hiring Managers, Founders, CEOs, and other decision-makers.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct client meetings and understand hiring requirements.
Present suitable recruitment and talent acquisition solutions.
Prepare proposals and negotiate commercials.
Drive prospects from prospecting through successful closure.
Coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams after client acquisition.
Develop repeat business and expand existing client accounts.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
