Job Title: Senior Analyst Onsite Operations (ECM/Banner Setups)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Analyst – Onsite Operations (ECM/Banner Setups) with experience in Digital Marketing and eCommerce Operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Listing & Catalogue Management, onsite content management, and banner setups across eCommerce platforms. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to understand business requirements, and the capability to execute deliverables with accuracy in a rapid-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Manage onsite operations, including ECM (Enterprise Content Management) and banner setups across eCommerce platforms.
Execute product listing, catalogue management, and content updates while ensuring accuracy and compliance with business guidelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement deliverables within defined timelines.
Maintain and update product information, promotional banners, landing pages, and merchandising content.




Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy, content consistency, and seamless customer experience.
Work on multiple tools and technologies to support digital marketing and eCommerce operations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve operational issues and provide timely updates.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain high standards of operational excellence.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, eCommerce Operations, or Catalogue Management.
Experience in Listing & Catalogue Management is mandatory.
Exposure to ECM/Banner Setups or onsite content management is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
