To create, optimize, and manage machining programs for CNC, VMC, Sliding Head, and TMC machines ensuring precision, efficiencand productivity while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Responsibility:
Programming CNC, VMC, Sliding Head, and TMC machines using Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Brother controllers.
Developing and modifying programs based on drawings, models, and product requirements.
Collaborating with the NPD and production teams to ensure seamless recent product development and part machining.
Optimizing cycle times, tool paths, and machine parameters for best performance.
Troubleshooting program issues and assisting operators during setup and initial runs.
Maintaining records of all programs, revisions, and tooling information.
Supporting continual improvement initiatives and ensuring minimal rework and rejection.
