3Wheels AI is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment. The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with hands-on experience in a quick-paced work environment, to help us build a great team.

Key Requirements
MBA in Human Resources
3+ years of relevant HR experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in recruitment and HR operations
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced workplace
Willingness to work Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee records
Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
Ensure HR policies and processes are followed consistently across the organization
Assist in performance management, appraisals, and employee grievance handling

Pay: ₹11,013.11 - ₹25,098.26 per month
