Deliver engaging and structured lectures on Human Resource Management and related subjects.
Prior teaching/training experience in HR or a related management discipline is mandatory.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, case studies, and practical activities.
Conduct assessments, examinations, presentations, and student evaluations.
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and career-oriented support to students.
Use practical examples, industry cases, HR scenarios, and role plays to enhance learning.
Maintain proper academic records, attendance, assessment reports, and student performance records.

Train students in practical HR processes followed by organizations.
Demonstrate recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee documentation, performance management, and employee engagement processes.
Provide practical exposure to HR documentation and HRMS/HR software wherever applicable.
Guide students in preparing HR reports, policies, letters, and professional documentation.
