Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control (QC) Analyst to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting routine and non-routine analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and packaging materials to ensure compliance with established quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Perform chemical and physical testing of raw materials, intermediate products, finished goods, and packaging materials.
Conduct laboratory testing using analytical techniques and instruments such as AIA, oils & fats analysis, UV-Vis, Karl Fischer titration, dissolution testing, and wet chemistry methods.
Perform testing in accordance with SOPs, GMP, GHP, ISO and HACCP requirements.
Accurately record test procedures, results, observations, and laboratory data.




Review and interpret test results and prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoA).
Identify, report, and investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS) results and atypical events.
Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Perform routine calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.
Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
Assist with analytical method transfer, validation, and qualification.
Prepare and revise QC SOPs and test methods when required.
Ensure compliance with GMP and internal quality systems.
Participate in internal and external quality audits.

Candidate Requirements

Education
M.Sc. (Food Technology) or B.Tech. (Food Technology)

Experience
1–3 years of experience in a regulated Quality Control or analytical laboratory setting.
Experience in the food/beverage or biotechnology industry will be preferred.
