We are looking for an experienced Zuora Billing Technical Consultant to support Zuora Billing implementation, configuration, integrations, enhancements, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Support Zuora Billing implementation, configuration, and enhancements.
Develop and support integrations with CRM and payment platforms.
Work with Zuora REST APIs, workflows, and Zuora data/object models.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.
Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Support Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), subscription lifecycle, invoicing, and payment processes.
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
6–10+ years of experience with Zuora Billing.
Solid knowledge of Zuora REST APIs, custom workflows, SOQL/SQL, and Zuora data/object model.
Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), subscription lifecycle, invoicing, and payments.
Experience with CRM and payment gateway integrations.
Solid troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Experience with Zuora CPQ or related Zuora products.
Experience supporting enterprise Zuora implementations.
Zuora certification is an advantage.
