Improvement Initiatives: Analyze existing products to identify areas for enhancement, reformulating them to improve effectiveness and competitiveness.
Collaborate with Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to ensure product development aligns with business objectives and market strategies.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulations affecting cosmetic and Ayurveda products.
Collaboration: Work closely with product development teams to identify and integrate current ingredients, and assist in establishing manufacturing procedures.
Quality Control: Ensure products meet production and quality specifications, and assist in improving lab equipment and procedures.

Experience- 5 years and above (preferable in cosmetics)

Job Location- At our Factory- Dombivli (Vicco Naka).

Timings- 8 am to 5 pm- Friday off
