Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to monitor product quality, conduct inspections, identify quality issues, and ensure compliance with company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections as required.
Inspect products according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Identify, record, and report quality defects and process deviations.
Use Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges, and other measuring instruments for inspection.
Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality requirements.
Coordinate with the Production team to resolve quality issues.
Assist in root cause analysis of quality problems.
Support corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
Maintain inspection reports, rejection reports, and other quality records.
Ensure proper identification and segregation of rejected/non-conforming products.
Conduct first-piece and routine inspections.
Prepare and maintain quality reports.




Support 5S and continuous quality improvement activities.
Follow company quality, safety, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
Knowledge of 7 QC Tools.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Good knowledge of measuring and inspection instruments.
Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 / Quality Management System.
Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and 5 Why.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable communication and reporting skills.
Solid attention to detail.

Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field.
1–2 years of experience in Quality/Manufacturing industry.
Candidates with experience in in-process and final inspection will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
