We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Head to lead the entire HR function of a Textile Spinning Mill. The candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategy, managing large -scale workforce operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and fostering a productive industrial relations setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end -to -end HR operations for the plant
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Handle large blue -collar workforce management (operators, technicians, helpers)
- Drive Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain a positive shop -floor culture
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, Factory Act, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
- Oversee recruitment, manpower planning, and workforce optimization
- Lead performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance systems, and shift planning
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievances,
and union interactions (if applicable)
- Build strong HR systems, policies, and processes
