About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and business-focused HR Business Partner to join our founding team. In this role,
you will work closely with business leaders and report directly to the Head of HR/Founder. You will drive people initiatives, strengthen culture, enhance employee experience, and manage end-to-end HR operations, excluding recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to build a high-performance and people-first culture.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and overall team health through data-driven insights.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on performance management, employee development, and difficult people conversations.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, policy implementation, documentation, and workplace administration.
- Lead performance management cycles, talent reviews, promotions, feedback processes, and career development initiatives.
- Build and improve scalable HR processes, systems, and people practices suitable for a fast-growing startup.
- Execute culture-building initiatives and foster an engaging employee experience across the organization.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR Generalist/HRBP role.
- Prior experience in a high-growth, product-based startup is mandatory.
- Robust understanding of employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take ownership, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on building scalable people practices.
