Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Piping (Techno -Commercial)
Location: Chennai
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary -Upto 14 LPA(By Client)
Notice Period - Immediate to 2 Months
Qualifications -Btech/B.E -Mechanical/Civil
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry generation to order closure and payment collection
- Develop and maintain a solid pipeline within the construction/building segment
- Build and nurture relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors
- Perform technical evaluation of inquiries and recommend suitable solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for design, BOQ preparation, and execution
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support order processing activities
- Provide effective pre -sales and post -sales support to customers
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and customer engagement activities
- Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives
- Handle after -sales service support and provide technical assistance
- Maintain accurate CRM data, reports, and sales forecasts
Requirements
P
- Techno -commercial sales experience in piping/plumbing / construction materials
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Good understanding of BOQ and technical documentation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Experience in CRM tools and reporting
