TITLE: EXECUTIVE/SR. EXECUTIVE FINANCE & ACCOUNTS

SUPERVISOR TITLE: REGIONAL FINANCE HEAD LOCATION: INDORE
JOB OVERVIEW:
The position will be responsible to manage all accounts, finance and admin related tasks of the station/branch.
ACCOUNTABILTIES:
Managing the day to day accounting work for the Station.
Billing, collection, bank reconciliation & general accounting entries in ERP.
Preparing daily, weekly, monthly report of stations finance.
Vendor management, Procurement etc.
Managing all admin related work for the station.
Attendance management of local employees.
Executing HR activities like birthdays and festivals celebrations etc.




Coordinating with HR team and supporting them in joining formalities of current joiners at the station.
Arrangements of Cake, bouquet, gifts etc. as & when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Must be graduated with a professional degree/diploma.
Should not be a job hopper.
Total experience of 2 to 6 years.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Should have the ability to multi-task and support a co-operative work workplace.
Should have the capability to plan and organize.
Proficient oral and written communication skills.
Should have valuable knowledge of accounting software.

PROVISOS:
Must have own vehicle.
