Your main responsibilities

Job Summary :

The primary purpose of the role is to manage and lead a significant team of technical experts to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction of existing installations.

Role Responsibilities :
Supervise and direct a team of technical experts to ensure elevators, escalators, and moving walks are installed and upgraded according to the highest technical standards and regulatory requirements, optimizing functionality and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Provide technical guidance to resolve complex issues in office, coordinating closely with engineers and project managers to ensure timely resolution and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Oversee and conduct detailed inspections and testing of installations and upgrades, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and identifying areas for continuous improvement, reducing the likelihood of future issues.
Foster a team-oriented and efficient working environment by regularly engaging with team members,



ensuring effective communication and the dissemination of technical knowledge and best practices.
Engage with external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, to ensure projects are executed smoothly, meeting all contractual and regulatory obligations.
Represent the company in technical discussions with clients and partners, demonstrating deep expertise and ensuring the company''s standards and values are upheld.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E

Qualified Experience :
Exposure to the Service Business
Managed Service operations for a systems-driven company for at least 2 years.
