Brewing Beans Beverages India Pvt. Ltd, a company operating a specialty coffee brand offering a curated food-and-beverage experience. We're looking for a versatile team member who can move seamlessly between the espresso bar and a compact, high-speed kitchen.
Role Summary
The Culinary Barista is a hybrid role combining barista craft with light food preparation. You'll prepare coffee beverages and simultaneously handle our snack/food menu — using high-speed ovens and simple kitchen equipment — ensuring both drinks and food meet brand quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages to brand standards
Prepare and plate food/snack items (sandwiches, pastries and light bites) using kitchen equipment, including high-speed ovens
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI-compliant handling practices across both beverage and food prep areas
Coordinate order timing between coffee and food tickets to ensure smooth, synced service
Manage inventory of food and beverage ingredients; track wastage and freshness
Maintain cleanliness of both the coffee bar and kitchen/prep stations
Support menu execution consistency and portion control
Assist with current menu item trials and feedback as the brand evolves
Requirements
Experience in both barista work and basic food prep/kitchen operations (café, QSR, or cloud kitchen background preferred)
Familiarity with high-speed/combi ovens is a plus
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Robust multitasking ability — comfortable switching between bar and kitchen during peak hours
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work weekends/shifts as per café hours
