Sales & Marketing Executive – Electric Forklift MachinesJob Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell electric forklift machines to industrial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and material-handling customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating recent leads, developing customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent customers and business opportunities.
Promote and sell electric forklift machines and related material-handling solutions.
Visit factories, warehouses, logistics companies, and other potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable forklift models.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up with customers until order confirmation.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain machine features, benefits, battery performance, capacity, and operating advantages.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers and develop long-term business relationships.




Generate leads through field visits, telephone calls, email, social media, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing.
Coordinate with service, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer support.
Maintain sales records, customer databases, quotations, and follow-up reports.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements to management.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in forklifts, material-handling equipment, industrial machinery, or automobiles.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and field sales.
