Education: Any Graduate; MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Business Development preferred

Role Overview

We are looking for a female Business Development Executive who will be responsible for supporting the growth of Dadusha and its Principal Manufacturers.

The role will have two major areas of responsibility:
Business Development & Inside Sales - generating and pursuing business opportunities for our existing Principal Manufacturers.
Current Principal Acquisition - identifying and approaching potential manufacturers who may appoint Dadusha as their Sales / Marketing / Liaison Partner in our operating regions.

The candidate should be con dent on the telephone, persistent in follow-up, comfortable with digital prospecting and capable of maintaining systematic records of leads, enquiries and followups.

This is a communication-intensive role and is ideally suited for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, researching companies, generating leads and converting opportunities through persistent follow-up.

Business Development for Existing Principal Manufacturers
Understand the products and applications of Dadusha's Principal Manufacturers.
Identify potential customers, projects, plants, EPC contractors, consultants and procurement prospects.
Generate current business leads through internet research, LinkedIn, company websites,
industry portals, databases, exhibitions and other digital sources.
Make regular outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Introduce products and initiate discussions with purchase, technical, projects, maintenance and other relevant departments.
Follow up continuously on enquiries, quotations, technical discussions, approvals, trials, vendor registrations, tenders and purchase orders.
Maintain a systematic database of enquiries, prospects, contacts and follow-up status.
Coordinate with Principal Manufacturers for quotations, technical information, catalogues, drawings, o ers and other custome
