Requirements & Skills:
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles
Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
Wireframing, prototyping & user flow creation
Basic knowledge of responsive & mobile-first design
Understanding of usability, accessibility & design systems
Ability to collaborate with developers and product teams
Valuable visual design sense (color, typography, layout)
