Job Description – Direct Tele Sales Executive (BFSI)
Location: Thane, Maharashtra

CTC: Up to ₹3.25 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our Direct Tele (FLS) team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, promoting financial and insurance products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Promote and sell insurance and other BFSI products.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate (Full-time course only).
Age: 30 years or below.
Minimum 6 months of telesales experience in BFSI.
Experience in Insurance (Life, Health,



General), Demat Accounts, Credit Cards, or related financial products.
Robust communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.

Preferred Candidates
Candidates from organizations such as Policybazaar, Serco, Q Connect, and other BFSI sales/collections backgrounds.
Aggressive and result-oriented callers with proven sales experience.

Location Preference

Candidates residing in Thane, Bhiwandi, Mulund, Kalwa, Vikhroli, Dombivli, Kalyan, and nearby areas are preferred.

Notice Period

Candidates who can join within 30 days will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
