About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Email Marketing Executive to manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience with marketing automation platforms, email campaign execution, audience segmentation, HTML email creation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns.
Build responsive HTML email templates compatible across major email clients.
Create audience segments and personalized campaigns using customer data.
Set up automated email journeys, drip campaigns, and trigger-based communications.
Perform QA before campaign deployment, including rendering and link testing.
Monitor campaign KPIs including delivery, open, CTR, CTOR, conversion, unsubscribe, and bounce rates.
Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.




Maintain email lists and ensure database hygiene.
Coordinate with design, content, CRM, and performance marketing teams.
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills
1–3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email development.
Experience with any tool listed below - Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, CleverTap, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage, Netcore, or WebEngage.
Understanding of personalization, merge tags, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, UTM tracking, and Google Analytics.
Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, or related field.
Relevant email marketing or marketing automation certifications are a plus.
