To manage Machine Shop operations and production planning.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production.
Monitor customer orders, delivery schedules, and job card closure.
Coordinate material availability, WIP, dispatch, and machine maintenance.
Monitor OEE, production MIS, and system processes.
Handle CNC machining, tooling, jigs, and fixture requirements.
Support recent product development and productivity improvement.
Implement 5S, ISO, cost-saving, and continuous improvement activities.
Identify and resolve production and technical issues.
Qualification & Experience
Diploma / Degree in Engineering.
7–10 years of experience in Production/Machine Shop operations.
Knowledge & Skills
Solid and practical knowledge of CNC programming and CNC machining.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and applicable standards.
Knowledge of product costing and process improvement.
Positive production planning, problem-solving, and cost-reduction skills.
